„The suite was clean and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. The area was safe. Shopping facilities are only a short ride away. The hotel is close to the Interstate with all its pros and cons. “

„We had a lovely two night stay. The room was clean, comfy and well appointed. If we had ANY thing to comment on, it would be there was not a non slip surface on the tub. Twenty years ago that wouldn't even have been mentioned but we are in our 70's and now it was noticed. Otherwise, great place, lovely staff, super convenient location.“

„The property was as expected. We weren't staying at a high end luxury hotel and we didn't expect that type of experience. It would have been nice to have breakfast included and to have hangers in the closet. But other than that is was fine. It was clean and quiet. Great for an overnight stay after a great concert!!!!“

„property was unkempt. room was in poor condition. fire alarm went off. don't know why. electricity went out for 45 minutes. bed frame was sticking out and was covered up by bed skirt and it caused a bruise on by ankle. tub had fixture that wasn't completely on. soap scumb on bathtub.“

„The staff were nice, breakfast was good. The room is nice as well. Just one thing disappointed was the bed, the sheets look dirty and it got stains and hair (not my hair). Look like they remake the bed from previous people who stayed before us. It’s not clean and smell fresh.“

„Staff was very nice at check in. The elevator was not working which was rather inconvenient - they could not accommodate me with a first floor room but did switch to a second floor room. Room was small but cozy. Linens were fresh and clean - bathroom was also very clean. Was a good room at a kinda expensive rate but all hotels on the Kansas City metropolitan area have raised their rates due to the impending FIFA World Cup games.“
