„Exceptional ground floor rental with no stairs and oh-so quiet. Vast apartment size. Two very comfortable king-bed en-suites with low threshold showers. Third half-bath at end of long hallway. Excellent laminate flooring with area rugs. Dining table and chairs are all highboy style, not standard. Refrig ice-maker a bit fickle, but does work. No in-sink garbage disposal. Bring your own foil/plastic wrap/bags. I stayed for a week, teaching at a local event. I stay in short term rentals frequently ...

„Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. Location was perfect and within a few minutes walk of restaurants and shops. There’s a farmer’s market every Saturday in the lot next to the building and you can find all kinds of great local foods/items! We’ll definitely book this property again for our next trip to Lawrence.“

„The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer ...
