Very central - whether walking or catching an uber - easy to get around. Lots of places to eat / buy groceries 2mins up the road. Bedding and towels were provided for everyone staying in the apartment. Also things like dish soap, shower gel, shampoo etc were also provided.

The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. However, something could be better: the walls were stained, only three chairs but one was broken, washing machine was out of order, no wall clothes rack and few dishes and cutlery. Good position in a quiet neighbourhood, not so far to the centre, very useful parking behind the building and shops nearly.

Arrived and door access code didn't work - had to phone and then it was messaged to me. The bathroom skirting boards were really dirty. The kitchen was really basically equipped with only wine glasses for cold drinks. Reported on arrival but no action taken. Property however was perfectly serviceable and comfortable with contemporary design. The walk up to the apartment car park was very hard work with endless stairs!!!

Nice flat near Plymouth Uni and walking distance to local shops. Access was a bit painful as tbe access code did not work but soon resolved by contacting customer services. Some of the property info such as wifi network and password were not correct either so they need to update their comms. Otherwise the flat was comfortable and had enough cutlery and crockery for 4 (other than bowls). On site parking is a bonus but the open and overflowing trash bins were unsightly and not very welcoming

A fuss having to pay a deposit and upload id. The lock on my apartment was broken, I called customer support and they just said they would let maintenance know. Did help me feel safe and secure while I stayed. There was items of food left in the fridge from the previous tenants. The walls in the bathroom had some sort of grime all over them and the condition was poorly cleaned, felt a bit grime to be honest. Over all it is a nice apartment if they bothered to look after it. Oh did I mention I had 5 flights of stairs to climb to my apartment.

The premises was filthy when I turned up with the car park littered with trash and broken glass. The hallways are filthy and the carpets are badly stained. The keypad for my room wasn’t properly secure. Then inside the property.. the handles of the doors were almost hanging off and therefore wouldn’t close properly. The blind in the living room was broken and therefore everyone across the road could see directly in! No privacy. The shower hose leaked and the sofa was stained up. I reported the broken blind upon arrival and was told it would be attended to the next day. 3 days later and nothing had happened, despite me chasing ever day and being promised I would be dealt with. Location is good and WiFi also very good. That’s about it I’m afraid.

We stayed as a family of 4 in a superior apartment. The apartment itself is lovely and has been decorated really modern with nice touches. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the apartment could have been better for me. The sofa bed bedding was all in a ball in a cupboard, none of it was folded up or placed nicely so the bedding and pillows had dust and bits of rubbish on. The sofa also had bits of what looked like grass and small sticks on. The main bed was very comfortable but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel all the springs it was as if there was nothing in between to cushion. Lastly when setting up the sofa bed the rug was moved and we found lots of small pieces of glass and other bits of rubbish under the rug. If the cleanliness and Quality of the sofa bed improved then it would be a lovely stay.
