„I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.“

„The property was easily found by using a Sat Nav. The property inside and outside was very clean. There is a narrow gravel drive up to the property so Parking was in the village square which was a short walk around the outside of the pub, so not recommended for disabled as there is also steps up to the entrance door. „The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. „Great top floor flat, comfortable beds , everything we needed was there, perfect location for a very short walk to the shops pubs cafes etc. Would happily stay here again. “

„We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties. All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village.“

„This is the second time we've stayed in Jasmine Cottage. It's the perfect size for a family of three and has everything you need to feel at home. It's decorated to a high standard and the animal theme in each room is a fun touch. Both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom, which is a bonus. The cottages are set in a very peaceful location in Marldon, which is only a short drive from bustling Paignton. There's so much to do in the local area and something for everyone. We had a lovely time.“
