This beautiful, brand new 2 bedroom basement apartment is in the heart of Pleasant Grove. Your family will be within minutes of beautiful mountain trails, ski resorts, and water falls, and equally close to several shopping centers and restaurants. Our quiet neighborhood is just a few minutes from BYU and UVU. This stunning suite is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, private entrance, two cozy bedrooms and one bathroom. We will provide a high chair and crib upon request.
The space
Curl up on the couch with a book you can't put down or a binge-worthy series in the living room. The kitchen is ready to go with a full size refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, range with a built in air fry oven, coffee maker, and other small appliances. Enjoy your meal at the bar or the extendable dining table.
When you turn down for the night you'll find the master bedroom includes a comfortable king size bed, smart TV, and reading lamps. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV and a reading lamp. We will also provide a pack and play for your little ones.
Guest access
The entire basement apartment is private with its own separate entrance. Two parking spaces available in front of the house.

Please note there is a security camera over the stairwell.
