We used the bellhop grocery delivery service and arrived to a kitchen stocked with our groceries (eggs, milk, bottled water, fruits & vegs, cheese, etc. We were able to cook every day and found all the appliances, utensils, pans, etc. we needed. Nice gas stove, large refrigerator/freezer, hot pot all in good order. “

„Das Appartment liegt direkt am Strand von Seal Beach. Trotzdem ist der Preis des Appartments völlig überzogen. Es fehlte Equipment in der Küche und der Abfluss der Spüle war nach dem ersten Abspülen verstopft. Bei Belegung mit 4 Personen fehlt immer ein Sitzplatz, Die Terrasse ist ebenfalls für max. 3 Personen ausgelegt.Da wir nur 3 Tage vor Ort waren, konnten wir uns damit arrangieren - einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir dort so nicht vorstellen.“

„My daughters had a 3 day weekend so we planned some beach time. It was important for us to be right on the sand, and that we were! It was easy to bounce between the house, sand, water, firepits, and volleyball courts throughout the day. Parking on site was too tight for my Tesla to fit but there was ample street parking available during the off season and the parking lot is just a few steps away for convenience. Very convenient to walk to the beach.we were surprised there was an apartnent above the garage, but it was not disturbing. We wiuld look forward to a return trip. „This is our 3rd visit to Newport Beach and we have rented other houses in the area and I have to say this was my favorite so far. They make the check in and check out so easy and simple, I love that! The house sits right on the beach in a more quieter area which I enjoyed. „Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. “
