„Condo is centrally located in Newport Beach, walking distance to almost everything. Very clean and updated. Really appreciated the assigned parking and amenities. Only downside was no AC, while we knew that when we booked we thought it would be cool enough without… we were wrong. Fortunately, lots of fans were provided, but it just circulated warm air. Minor inconvenience but would might think twice when booking again if no AC. Overall great stay. “

„Overall the stay was great. We are a family of 6 and fit well. The AC worked great and the unit was well equipped. Our extra long expedition fit in the garage, which is a huge plus at the beach. The only down fall was the washer and dryer take coins. Would stay again.“

There could be difficulty getting in garage when a large vehicle is parked in B, due to no room in the alley to swing out wide enough to be able to pull in straight. A really large vehicle may not fit. “

„This place is ideal! Spacious enough for our group of 7 adults (Husband, me, our twentysomething children and their friends). Everything we needed was there! The patio is ideal, proximity to beach, Balboa Pier, Fun Zone is perfect. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. The two included secured, underground parking spots relieves any worry about where to park. If you are looking to book this place for Fourth of July 2026, too bad, we’ve already booked it for next year, we loved it ...

„I am so grateful for this host. She was compassionate, I booked because I have an 80 year old looking for a walk in shower. It had two steps we struggled with in the front but the place was clean and had great attention to detail. The mattress was incredibly comfortable for my mom and was the perfect height. Parking was a bit challenging but reasonable for someone that can walk at a normal pace. Would stay here again for sure. “
