„The place looked like a model unit in the apartment. Very well decorated and staged. We were so excited. We walked around and noticed that the carpets were stained. Ok, not a big deal. Then I dripped some water on the floor and took a paper towel to wipe it up. The paper towel came up black. When we got into bed, the sheets smelled like it hadn’t been changed. One bed had a pillow that smelled like old saliva and the other bed had duvet that smelled like stale urine. Disgusting.“
