Okay house, unresponsive property manager
We stayed here from July 3-6. On the first day of our stay I reported that the hot water was not working. I reached out to the property owner and they suggested I run the water for 5 minutes to get it to warm up. After running the water for 7 minutes I reached back out to to let the property manager know it did not work. I communicated the issue daily with the property manager and reported my issue to VRBO. We ran the water for over 5 minutes each day of our visit to see if it would heat up after running the water longer, it did not. The property manager never sent anyone over to fix the issue eventhough it was stated that he would, and did not respond to any of my messages on the 5th which would have been the day to get the hot water fixed for us since we were leaving on the 6th. This had a very negative impact on my trip and they are unwilling to provide compesation for our poor experience since they never fixed the problem.
