First time using VRBO, happy about it
This was my first time using VRBO and it was an enjoyable experience. Agree with most other positive reviews and comments. Centrally located, slightly urban area, blocks from beach. Keurig acted a little funky second day but also has full size coffee machine. Never needed to contact manager. Went hiking, recommend Montana De Oro (breathtakingly beautiful), visited University, bought groceries at Trader Joes a few miles away and spent a fun day in town, San Luis Obispo, shopping, eating. Great for short getaway and perhaps invite more friends and rent another unit in same building.

Perfect location.
Had a lovely stay. Unfortunately, the noise from the family above made our stay not as relaxing as we had hoped. Of course the noise quiets down when family is sleeping, however I am not so sure we would stay in that unit again.

Clean and convenient
This unit is clean and located 3-4 blocks from the beach (not 1 block) It’s been redecorated nicely and the beds and couch were comfortable. There wasn’t a cookie tray or any foil, wrap, ziplocks, etc.. and I cooked all our meals so I’m thankful I brought some of my own items. They have great knives and good utensils I wouldn’t say the unit is well stocked - more the basic bare minimums but we had what we needed so it didn’t matter.

Great everything!
The location is great! The space is great! Cost is great especially for the area. This was my second time at this rental and I will return. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and my favorite coffee shop (Scorpion Bay). Very clean and comfortable.

Great Spot for Pismo and SLO
We visited the area to help our daughter move in at Cal Poly. The location was great, allowing us to spend time in Pismo Beach in addition to San Lois Ibispo. The property was well equipped, very clean, and very comfortable for the three of us. We were hauling a trailer so the spacious parking was a bonus. The property was nicely renovated and well maintained. It was exactly what we needed. I could see us making this our regular spot for all future visits.

This has become a tradition with our grandkids! (2nd time at your condo) The location is perfect for morning beach walks to Old West Cinnamon Rolls and FUN on the Beach. The layout of the condo is perfect...Family area, dining and kitchen plus king bed/bath and 2nd room with bunk set and hallway bathroom. We had a GREAT time with our grandkids! Thank You!! A few suggestions... 1) Pot holders/Hot pads in the kitchen 2) Wall Decor with hooks for hallway bathroom for towels. 3) Trouble with connection with TV to watch movies...nice to have access for evening!

Excellent location
We were very pleased with the rental. The kids loved the bunk beds, the kitchen was well stocked, and the towels were soft. The beds were VERY comfortable. We all slept so well! The location was perfect. It was nice having a designated parking spot, and being able to walk to the beach or restaurants.

Great stay in Pismo Beach!
We had a great time in Pismo Beach. The condo was beautiful. Very nicely updated and fit our family of five perfectly. Gave 4 stars only because it would have been nice to have screens on windows to get air. Also really would have loved a hair dryer and full sized mirror. But overall would def stay again. Perfect location!

Nice Stay
We were overall happy with our stay here. The good: - Nicely updated. - Great location! - Comfortable beds. - Perfect size for 3-4 people. - Off street parking was nice. - Very clean. The not so good: - We could hear everything that went on upstairs. The family staying there has a couple of young boys, and they did what young boys do, running, playing etc. It was very loud. We also were able to hear the couple working on their next baby. - Supplies were the bare minimum. - No instructions on TV operation, garbage removal, etc. - 1.5 baths, with the master bath not having the shower. All things said it was a good property and a good stay. Thanks!

Quiet condo 2 blocks from the beach!
This property is spacious and can sleep a large family. It’s nicely decorated and was an easy walk to the beach. Be sure to pack your hair dryer because there wasn’t one, but I was pleasantly surprised they had a couple beach chairs and beach towels.

Lovely location
House was clean and conveniently located. It is newly remodeled and beautiful . Only complaint is you can hear your upstairs neighbors very well, I could hear them sneeze. Bring some white noise to play at night and it helps. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Great weekend getaway
We enjoyed our stay here. Property description and pictures are very accurate. Nice clean place with everything you need to relax for a few days. Stay in and cook or walk down to a number of restaurants just a few minutes away. Great location, just minutes from the beach / pier (walking). Very close to the Dunes as well, just a few minutes by car. Overall great place to stay.

Extremely Clean & Beautiful Property
Amazing place with a bunch of shops to walk to and a quick walk to the beach. The place itself was beautiful & accomodated our family of 5 easily. We had a crawling infant with us and then a walking infant visit and the decor was easily moveable to prevent hazards which seems small but is a big deal! Everything was organized too so finding things like the remotes was easy. Lots of thought was put into this property, we would definitely come back.

Comfy and roomy
Loved this property. We are in Pismo 2 or 3 times a year. This beautiful place had Lots of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. A Large kitchen and bedrooms. Living room was perfect with that big comfy couch. We walked everywhere as the apartment was so close to the ocean and shops. Loved the outdoor space. We will definitely be staying here again
