POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $100/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message your host right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay and 3 days notice. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature.

This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up. -NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically. - NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property. - NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails. - NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used. -NOTE: Depending on the channel where you book this property you may be required to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. How you pay for pool heating depends on what channel you booked through. If your booking is through Airbnb, make the payment via www.Airbnb.com/resolutions. For bookings made through other channels, payment can be made in the Marketplace section of the online Guidebook, which we will text you 14 days prior to your stay. Please note that pool heating is charged on a per-night basis. For example, if you pay for Friday night, the heating will be available from midday Friday to midday Saturday, aligning with your reservation timeline.

Some quick advice - Arizona laws are extremely punitive for DUI's so please be careful and use an UBER or LYFT. The cost of an UBER or LYFT around town is fairly cheap. PLEASE BE CAREFUL and drink responsibly!
