We allow up to two pets 🐶, with a $60/pet fee per stay. This helps cover the cost of an extra deep clean to ensure the home is allergen-free for future guests.

🛠 Property Maintenance Schedule 🛠
1. Every Tuesday and Friday - Pool service
2. 3rd week of every month, usually Wednesday or Thursday - Lawn maintenance (performed every two weeks)
3. Every Tuesday for regular trash collection and return them to their original location in the afternoon - Trash collection, handled by Can Monkey (a third-party service). They will pull the trash bins to the curb .

Guest(s) agree to indemnify, release from liability, and hold owner, including all Members, Managers and employees thereof, from any and all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to property or injury to you, your agent, family or other guests for use of the pool and spa.
