Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. April Spring break

We stayed at this home with our family of 4 and a friends family of 4. It was very comfortable for 2 couples and 4 kiddos (ages 8 and under). The pool was a big hit and we spent a lot of time out in the back yard playing bags and just relaxing. We grilled out multiple times and ate most of our meals at the large patio table outside. The beds were very comfortable!. The home is close to grocery stores, coffee shops and the airport. It is a great place and would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Communication Disconnect

The pool was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The house is a bit older and has a lot of loose screws. All of this was not a big deal. The biggest issues we encountered were the lack of responsiveness with issues during our stay and the rental property to the east which was paying all night long. Very loudly. With some of the minor issues we had, we were told that the maintenance people would contact us shortly and it never ever happened. It was frustrating.

We will be back!

We came to visit Arizona from Texas on a family trip for Spring Break. We loved this property. The kitchen was well-stocked and I loved the mini toiletries. The house is in a good location. It’s very close to the college with tons of restaurant options. The best part was the backyard! We heated the Pool and got to watch planes fly by as we relaxed. The little mini golf and cornhole were fun, too. The house gave us space to spread out and minimized sibling fights. It’s a good spot for teenagers. We will certainly be back!

Our stay was great! The house was great. They had everything to make our stay great. The pool/hot tub are nice. If you are doing anything ASU this location is perfect. It is so close to anything you may need and 8 minutes to campus.

We had a nice 3-nt stay

The pictures are a true representation of the accommodations and furniture. We were a family of 8 – 4 adults and 4 children from 3 up to 12 years old that stayed for three nights. The 4 beds were comfortable and the kids loved the ping pong table in the garage; the miniature golf; the bean bag toss and especially the hot tub as we stayed in late November. The two bathrooms worked out just fine for all of us. We did have a few issues. One bedroom ceiling fan did not work. We contacted them the next morning. They sent out a maintenance person on a Saturday but it could not be fixed. Since the part would take too long to get, they sent a different man out to deliver a freestanding fan that same afternoon. This showed great service. We did not pay the required daily fee of $70.20 to have the pool heated as we thought that this was too much money and we figured the kids could tough it up. They did just that but the first night we arrived, the pool lights were not working. We contacted them that next morning and we were told that their pool specialist would contact us that day. That evening, since we had heard from their pool specialist, we reached out again. They tried to help us over the phone but to no avail. They said they would install some temporary lights the next day but they never did show up. The only other comment I could suggest for them to improve for future guests is to provide more bowls, spoons and storage containers. We ate-in for breakfast and dinner. There wer

This house is in a great location. The amenities were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The spa was perfect and the young adults in our group enjoyed the putting green and ping pong. The beds and couches were all super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect staycation

This was a perfect staycation for our family to get away for a week and just relax. Home was well kept and organized, beds were very comfortable and the games and pool were all we needed. The only shortcomings was that the lights never did work in the pool and the baths were not truly ADA comparible. My wife uses a chair to shower with and we could not fit it in the master bathroom properly and the other bathroom was not a walk-in shower as had been advertised so that was a letdown.

Problems not addressed

I could not get anyone to heat the jacuzzi until 7 pm the night before we left. Some guy called and asked if I checked the CBs. He was really rude. Just got the run around. Then late I get a text its now working. Needed a bath tub, but the stopper did not work, and nobody would fix. So, no bath, no jacuzzi. No garbage can in garage. Nobody knew.. then I got a text from someone it's in an alley. But, the recycle is full and tons of flies, so I suspect everyone is putting garbage in, and not getting removed. The slider lock was broken, so needed to use the stick. The checkin info didn't come until I asked.. after we arrived. There is a law for an open slider alarm... but that doesn't work either. Daughter in wheel chair, grand daughter... door was left open once and I caught it. But no alarm. AC is super noisy. But, the location is great. Pool was nice. House is nice. Just the two things we wanted in a place to stay... bath tub and warmish jacuzzi... advertised, but not available.

#Never go back to hotels

This is a nice cozy accommodating house. We were three adults but still enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Family with kids would love this place. I would stay here again. Stephanie is a great host and will help you out at all hours of the night...( ha ha dont lose your phone and forget your passcode for the door at midnight) but if you do Stephanie will solve your problem. Great time thank you again!
