The hotel served its purpose, but the pictures online make it appear much nicer than it was. If you plan on using their WIFI for work, it's almost impossible in the evenings due to the speed, I also tried to hotspot with my phone (verizon service), and that was not working. I was in room 126, the door handle/lock on the front of the door looks like someone tried to pry it open at some point, the reverse side of the door is missing it's trim. There is brown paint from the doors on the white door trim (I noticed this on several rooms in the hallway). The backside of the pocket door for the bathroom has peeling paint on it. Breakfast food was standard for most hotels and fine. The staff was nice. I purchased this through a an Expedia flight/car/hotel package for quick 2-day trip to Phoenix, and I did not see the standalone room price, but now looking at it, the range is $66-$72/night, so that is my fault, I got what I paid for. Both nights and into the early mornings I could hear a beeping in the hallway, I believe that across the room was a maintenance/elevator door that was always opening, causing the beeping.
