Base rate includes 8 guests
Additional guests: $40 per night (age 2+)
Primary guest must be 25+ or highly rated
No unauthorized parties or outside guests
Fees & Damage Protection:
A $129 administration fee applies per stay and includes coverage under a $5,000 damage waiver program, protecting both guests and the property against accidental damage.
Guests may alternatively choose to waive the damage waiver by providing a refundable $5,000 security deposit.

Pool heat: $150/night or $750/week (electric), $300/night (propane)
