The home’s central location offers quick access to Chaparral Park, major highways, Camelback Mountain, Sky Harbor Airport (20 mins), and top shopping destinations like Scottsdale Fashion Square.



Other Things to Note:

Pool heating is available for $100 per night and can be arranged after your booking is confirmed. To ensure your comfort, we recommend requesting it in advance during cooler months.

Additionally, this home is located in a peaceful residential area—please be mindful of noise and neighborhood quiet hours to maintain a relaxing experience for everyone.

Our Paint & Sip experience is stocked with paint supplies for 6 guests and 1 bottle of wine. You can double the paint supplies and add a second bottle of wine for an additional $100. Age verification required of 21+ for complimentary wine to be provided, and otherwise the Paint and Sip room can absolutely be enjoyed by all ages.

There is a $500 fine for not replacing the TV cover when not in use.
