Relaxing 3BR Haven w/ Pool & BBQ for Family Time
This cozy 3BR home has a Private pool, BBQ, mini-golf, and free parking! Enjoy an outdoor shower, fireplaces, huge backyard, desert landscape, mountain views, and watch local wildlife like quails and jackrabbits!
Just a heads up - our place is down a short (~500 foot) unpaved road off McDowell Road. Any car should be fine on this road. After you turn onto the unpaved section, you`ll pass a few houses before reaching our home. More details will be included in the check-in instructions!
Please note - Outdoor wood-burning fires aren`t allowed. Please stick to the gas fire pit located upstairs. Additionally, the thermostat is set between 72–76°F and cannot go below 72. It isn`t guest-adjustable; feel free to message me if you`d like the temperature adjusted. But the system can only cool 20–25 degrees cooler than the outside temperature, so it might take a bit to chill when it`s super hot outside. Thank you for your understanding!

Starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries) are provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items afterward.
➤ Guests have access to the entire home except the storage shed and garage, which are reserved for owner use.
➤ Parking: Two driveway spots plus additional parking in the dirt loop in front of the house.

✪ Neighborhood – Desert Uplands
The Desert Uplands area offers a peaceful desert lifestyle with expansive lots, scenic mountain views, and natural surroundings filled with cacti and native wildlife. The neighborhood provides privacy, tranquility, and a strong connection to nature.
Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Tonto National Forest, Usery Mountain Regional Park, Saguaro Lake, and the Salt River, perfect for hiking, biking, kayaking, and wildlife viewing.
Despite its rural feel, the area is a short drive from shopping centers, dining options, and daily conveniences.
➤ Please avoid hitting balls into neighboring yards. Be mindful of outdoor activities like putting green to keep a good relationship with our neighbors. Thanks for understanding!
➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can`t offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
➤ The fireplace is non-operational and is for decorative purposes only.
Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.
1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.
2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.
9. Please only use plastic cups and plates by the pool. If you break glass in the pool, there will be a $1000 fee to have it cleaned and refilled.
10. No hitting balls into neighboring yards. Please be mindful and keep all games and activities within the property boundaries to respect our neighbors.
Guests may be held responsible for any damages or disturbances.
11. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
