Other things to note
• Amenities for Families: We provide a pack-and-play and high chair for your convenience at no additional cost.

• Spa Heating (Optional): The spa is equipped with a gas heater that typically heats to your desired temperature within about 15 minutes, depending on the outdoor temperature. If you’d like to use the spa during your stay, please contact us for details on additional spa-heating fees.

• Pool Heating (Optional): Starting February 1st, 2025, pool heating to 75°F will be available. The pool is heated using an electric system, and advanced notice is required due to the time needed to heat a large body of water. Depending on outdoor temperatures, it may take 24–72 hours to reach the desired temperature. Please reach out for details on pool heating costs and additional fees.

• Parking: The garage is not available for guest use; however, there is a large driveway with ample parking space for your convenience.
