We work hard to make sure each stay feels comfortable, easy, and thoughtfully prepared from the moment you arrive.

The backyard offers a relaxing outdoor space where guests can unwind and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. The covered patio includes comfortable lounge seating and a tabletop propane fire feature that makes evenings especially enjoyable while watching the desert sunset. It is also a great space to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or even a little yoga before starting the day.

Inside the home you will find a spacious layout designed to accommodate a variety of travelers. The home is stocked with the essentials guests appreciate having available during their stay so you can settle in comfortably right away. Bedrooms include comfortable beds and quality linens, and the living areas provide a relaxing place to gather after a day of exploring the area.

Guests visiting Surprise will find this location especially convenient. The home is close to golf courses, restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and many of the major events that bring visitors to the Phoenix area each year. Surprise Stadium, home to the Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals Spring Training, is just a short drive away. The home is also well located for guests visiting the area for Barrett Jackson, the Waste Management Phoenix Open, Phoenix Raceway, and many other seasonal events.

Because this property welcomes pets, we do ask guests to follow a few simple guidelines so the property stays comfortable for everyone who visits. Please clean up after your pet in the backyard. While this is rarely an issue and most guests are wonderful about caring for the property, additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive pet mess or waste removal is required. Our goal is simply to keep the home clean, welcoming, and enjoyable for all guests.
