Party and Event Policy: We strictly enforce a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and events. The City of Scottsdale has stringent regulations regarding noise disturbances, which may result in fines and could lead to the removal of our listing from hosting platforms.

Security Features: A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entrance, over the garage and on the side access gate which is solely used for verifying occupancy and for emergency purposes.

Noise and Occupancy Monitoring: The property is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitoring system to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are maintained. Please note, the system does not record conversations or specific sounds; it simply monitors decibel levels to prevent disturbances.

Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

The garage is not accessible to guests.
