• Occupancy - the number of guests allowed on the property shall not exceed the number of guests listed in your reservation, whether they are visiting or staying the night. We do not allow any parties to be held at the property at any time of day.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
