This 4,400-square-foot private estate offers a custom main house with two casitas for the ultimate luxury experience. You'll be within six miles of three hiking trailheads with access to the Sonoran Desert park system and only four miles to Fountain Park if you want to explore, but this getaway is a vacation in itself.

The enclosed yard includes a sprawling patio wrapped around the home with quiet alcoves, dining and lounge areas, and, most importantly, a jaw-dropping infinity pool with a spa that looks out on the mountains and valley. Go for a swim among palm trees and flowers while looking out at Red Mountain. Dry off around the gas firepit where there's ample seating, or challenge your family to a friendly game of cornhole. If you're looking for a meditation space, there's a hammock by a soothing stone water feature.

Inside the vast single-story home, you'll find arched doorways and ornate light fixtures. The open living area features walls of windows looking out to the pool area and the stunning desert landscape beyond. A plush sectional and matching chairs gather around the sleek, modern fireplace for added ambience while streaming a show on the smart TV. Bibliophiles will appreciate the plush reading nook off to one side and there are multiple workstations if you need them.

Take time to cook the most ambitious meal of your life in the gourmet kitchen, which even includes bonus gadgets like a waffle iron, slow cooker, and coffee grinder.

As the afternoon fades to evening, fix yourself a drink at the wet bar and head back outside to watch the evening glow of Four Peaks as the sun sets. When it's time to retire for the night, guests of the main bedroom are in for an especially lavish stay with a private fireplace, sitting area, and huge en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and oversized glass-enclosed rain shower.

THINGS TO KNOW
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
The pool heat fee is seasonal: $40 per night from June - August and $105 per night from September - May.
This home is equipped with a private workout room off the garage.

Two adult bikes, two children’s bikes, five beach chairs, and two beach umbrellas are available for guest use.

Security camera details: This home has two Blink cameras, one facing the gate that will be unplugged when guests are present and one on the back patio that will be covered when guests are present.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
