A modern casita on Roosevelt Street, in the Garfield Historic District at the edge of downtown Phoenix. One bright open room holds the kitchen, the island and the sofa; two bedrooms and two full bathrooms sit off it, so four people can travel together without living on top of each other.

Private gated entry, free parking on the property, laundry in the home, and a walled backyard with the skyline over the fence.

The murals, galleries and patios of Roosevelt Row are a short trip west.

One bright, open room holds the kitchen, a quartz island with four stools, and a deep sectional facing a smart TV — everyone can cook, eat and hang out in the same space instead of splitting up.

Two bedrooms, each made up with fresh linens and a bathroom close by; one has a desk if work follows you here. Two full bathrooms, one with a tiled walk-in shower. Laundry is in the home and the coffee bar is stocked.

Outside: a private gated yard with a paver patio, lounge seating and room to park off the street.

The entire casita is yours — both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the walled yard and the parking on the property. You have your own private entrance; nothing inside is shared.

There is a second, separate home on the same lot with its own entrance and its own yard.

This is a historic neighborhood at the edge of downtown Phoenix, so expect the sounds of a real city block — traffic on Roosevelt, the occasional siren, neighbors coming and going.

The casita sleeps four, and four is the maximum. The one-bedroom historic bungalow on the same lot is listed separately, so a larger group can book both.

An exterior security camera covers the entrance and parking area; there are no cameras inside. Summers are hot here — plan outdoor time for mornings and evenings.

Pool heating is optional: available October 15 to May 15 for $75 per day, applied to the whole stay. Request it at least 48 hours before arrival. Heated water is comfortable for swimming but will not feel like a hot tub.
Early check-in at 11 AM is available for $145 when the schedule allows. We will reach out a few days before arrival if it is open.
Pool and landscaping service may access the backyard through the side gate weekly. They do not enter the house.

No checkout chores. Starting the dishwasher before you go is appreciated but not required.
