Through the front door you will find a game room with a pool table and a new 60-inch TV. The home spans multiple levels, with 2 downstairs bedrooms, a full bathroom, a large laundry room, formal living and dining areas, an eat-in kitchen and a bright family room with a fireplace.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a large flat-screen TV, a corner soaking tub, a separate shower and a large walk-in closet. Two more upstairs bedrooms with walk-in closets make this a perfect home for large groups who want plenty of space to enjoy time at the house while staying 5 minutes from incredible entertainment.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a king bed on the second floor. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have a queen bed on the first floor, and Bedroom 5 has 2 bunk beds on the second floor.

The newly renovated backyard features a heated PebbleTec pool with a waterfall, a built-in BBQ, a fireplace, a putting green and ample space for outdoor dining.

Fry's Food Stores is about a 4-minute drive, and Reach 11 Recreation Area offers trails about 5 minutes away. Kierland Golf Club is about a 7-minute drive, Desert Ridge Marketplace is about 8 minutes away, and Saba's Mediterranean Kitchen is a short drive.

The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees, and it is included at no extra cost. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.

The balcony off the primary bedroom is not accessible. A Pack n Play and high chair are available upon request.
