Outstanding VRBO - excellent stay

This home in Scottsdale is true to the pictures and is incredibly well appointed for a group to stay. We were 8 adults and there was ample space for all. From the moment we walked in to see the welcome snacks that were left to the excellent communication throughout the rental process and leading up to our arrival, everything about this property and the management is top notch. Absolutely Perfect

Beautiful property! We traveled to Scottsdale for a family event. This was the perfect space to visit & enjoy one another. The home was clean and had fabulous amenities. The pool is heated and we were able to enjoy it in January. Our host Karen was so helpful & was quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely book this home again!

Beautiful house inside and out

The house was very comfortable with very nice touches throughout to make us feel at home. Everything was incredibly clean and well decorated. We all loved the backyard and pool too - ages 4 through 72! A couple of minor issues came up during the stay and the property manager was quick to respond and resolve things promptly. Great communication during booking process and our stay.

Great home and comfortable for our family!

We had a great stay at the house. The layout really worked well for our family of 3 kids and 6 adults. It was clean and had everything we needed. We didn't love the neighborhood (it wasn't walkable to parks and near busy streets), but close driving distance to everything we needed. Karen was very responsive.

The property was nothing less then amazing. Pool was at the perfect temperature. The misting system was so refreshing. We really enjoyed the property! Diffidently will come back when I visit family again. Communication was fantastic. They gave us great recommendations to services that we were requesting. Diffidently a 5 star property!!!!

Perfect for large group

As owners of several nightly rentals, my husband and I were hugely impressed by this beautiful home! Such a great job with the decor and everything looks brand new. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and a very spacious and welcoming home for a large group. Karen was kind to let us check-in early and have a few friends over for dinner who live in the area. Prime location with everything you need within minutes; grocery, coffee shop, etc…Lots of great ideas we’ll be taking back to do at our own rental properties. Thanks again!

Great stay, great management

I booked this house for my wife and some of her girlfriends for a birthday weekend getaway. They had a great time, they all commented about how nice the house was, great pool, well appointed, etc… Working with Karen and the property management team was great. They managed some extra special arrangements for the weekend including balloons/decor, some chilled wine upon arrival and a charcuterie board. They also accommodated for early check-in which was great because a few guests arrived hours ahead of check in and we’re able to start enjoying the house as soon as they arrived. Top notch all the way. Thank you!

Beautiful home

I have a group of friends that meet each year in a different destination and this year we chose Phoenix. There are 6 of us and the house was absolutely perfect. The house looks like it is brand new. The setting areas of the home were very cozy. The backyard looks identical to the pictures. The heated pool was perfect. We spent the majority of time under the gazebo with the fire pit. One evening we had a chef come in and cook for us and he was impressed with the size of the home and kitchen. There were several great resturants around but we decided to just cook and enjoy the home instead. The communication from Karen was the best I had ever experienced with any of the vrbos that I have rented in the past. She was very accommodating and when we arrived she had left a charcuterie board to welcome us. She went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely the best. I feel confident that I will never find a home that Will be as clean and a host that will be so gracious. I would highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to relax with friends. I felt the house was the cleanest home that I had ever stayed in as well. For me, that is a very big plus. I will rent this home anytime I am in Phoenix.

Resort Style Home with Comfort of Home

Karen’s home is truly one of a kind and a great place to come to relax and to enjoy quality time with family and friends. Our group included a young families with kids, and older parents and everyone had enough space. The backyard felt like a resort and we spent so much time outside in the different areas and didn’t want to leave. The backyard had a large pool and a ton of really cool floats and play things for all ages, there was a great fenced in dining area with mister (it gets hot in Phoenix and this made sitting outside so enjoyable), the gazebo felt like our own private lounge and the bbq was top notch. The layout of the house was great and it was pretty obvious it had been recently renovated and had lots of designer touches. The kitchen was well stocked and there was more than enough utensils and an excellent variety of pots & pans, dinnerware glasses and other creature comforts you would want when cooking. The coffee bar with Nespresso was an awesome treat. Each bedroom was designed differently and the beds were so comfortable. The house was so beautifully decorated we didn’t want to leave. It is obvious in the way the house it taken care of that the host wants you to feel at friend’s home but also like you are on vacation. Everything we needed was at our fingertips, less than 5 minutes for Costco, Target and a wide variety of restaurants and no more than 15-20 min drive including hiking, dinner/bars, golfing, etc. You really have everything you could want within a short driving distance if you decide to leave the house or you can do what most of our group did and just enjoy the house and backyard. The neighborhood is quiet and nice to take a walk in as well. The owners really care about the guest experience and we appreciated all the attention to detail both at booking, before we arrived and after. There is also a cool touchscreen digital concierge that has all house info and great recommendations. Don’t look any farther if you are thinking about staying in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

Simply a wonderful experience

Wow! We just can’t say enough about this Vrbo rental and hosts or been happier with our stay!! The hosts thought of everything…the home was clean, well-organized, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials. Bedrooms were comfy and cozy, bathrooms impeccably clean, and the other living spaces were equally comfortable and welcoming. As a party of 8 we had far more than enough space for us all to enjoy family time together and quiet time alone. The back yard / outdoor space checked all the boxes… a wonderful pool with sunshade, shaded lounge with misters and a fun recreational area. Pool had tons of great floats as well for kids and adults alike to enjoy. The neighborhood was also lovely… a perfect place for early morning walks. Finally, the hosts were so courteous and accessible… they honestly could not have treated us better and really know the meaning off hospitality. What an incredible stay… will definitely book again and already recommending to our friends and family in the area!

Like a private resort

This is by far the best place I’ve stayed at in Phoenix. The house was a fabulous 5-night stay for our group of 8. It is in a quiet neighborhood and has a resort feel. Our host Karen is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to our questions and requests. The digital welcome guide has easy-to-follow directions and recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The house was spotless, and the beds were very comfy. We loved the two master bedrooms with attached en suite bathrooms. Our boys were spoiled with their own private bedrooms. The layout allowed us to spend quality time together, but also gave each of us individual space to reset after a busy outing. We spent a lot of our time around the pool in a well laid out backyard, with both a dining area and a gazebo, both outfitted with cooling misters. We felt like we were at happy-hour at an upscale hotel. The pool had floating lounge chairs and other floaties for the boys. The BBQ island was plenty big for our cooking needs. We got in late the first night, so the fully outfitted coffee bar was really nice to have the next morning. It’s all about the little things! We loved it so much we will book again on our next visit to Phoenix later in the year. Thanks again!

Fantastic weekend!

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was beautiful and spacious with great amenities. The pool and outdoor living room were perfect for visiting and relaxing. I would definitely recommend and hope to return.

Impeccable property!

Easily the best house rental I've stayed in! Everything in this house is true to the pictures. The pool and outdoor seating and dining area were fantastic! The hightlight of our time was swiming in the heated pool. The amenities are both thoughtful and meticulous throughout. Karen sets the bar high and is a delight to work with. She was quick to respond to my questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our time here perfect. I would highly recommend!!
