Near Old Town, this welcoming four-bedroom retreat sleeps nine, with TVs in every bedroom, private desks in both king rooms, three baths, laundry, and room for your furry companion. Settle in and make the moments yours.

The Space
Some mornings call for exploring Old Town. Others call for another cup of coffee and nowhere to be but beside the pool. At Reesor Desert Resort, there’s room for both. Open living spaces, comfortable bedrooms, and a palm-lined backyard create a welcoming setting for reconnecting, recharging, and making a few new favorite memories.

Living Areas.
Come together without a schedule. The open-plan living area invites easy conversation while breakfast comes together, an afternoon board game, or a movie after a day in the sunshine. Put on a favorite playlist through the Sonos sound system, find your comfortable spot, and settle into the rhythm of your stay.

Kitchen & Dining.
From slow breakfasts to dinners that turn into long conversations, the kitchen makes meals at home feel effortless. A refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes are ready for whatever you feel like preparing.

Start the morning your way with drip, Nespresso, and single-serve coffee options. We provide a starter selection of single-serve coffee; bring your favorite blend or a little extra if leisurely coffee mornings are part of your vacation ritual.

Gather indoors or carry dinner outside, where the desert air makes a lovely companion to a shared meal.

Bedrooms.
When the day winds down, four welcoming bedrooms offer a place to make yourself comfortable. Every bedroom has its own TV, so you can ease into the morning or finish the evening with a favorite show.

Both king bedrooms also feature a private desk and chair—a quiet corner for catching up on work, writing a few postcards, or planning tomorrow’s adventures.

Bathrooms.
With three full bathrooms, there’s less waiting and more time to enjoy your day. Fresh towels and starter toiletries are ready for your arrival, whether you’re refreshing after pool time or getting ready for an evening out.

Private Pool, Spa & Backyard.
This is where afternoons have a way of slipping into evenings. Stretch out beside your private pool, enjoy a little friendly competition on the putting green, or sink into the complimentary heated spa.

When everyone gets hungry, fire up the natural-gas BBQ grill and gather around the outdoor dining area. As the sunshine softens, move the conversation to the fire pit and stay a little longer.

The pool measures approximately 15 by 25 feet, with a listed depth of 5 feet 6 inches. Pool towels are provided, so there’s one less thing to pack.

Work & Everyday Comforts.
If work needs a little of your time, Wi-Fi and a private desk and chair in each king bedroom make it easy to find your own space. When you’re finished, the backyard is waiting.

An in-home washer and dryer let you refresh your favorites along the way—especially welcome when a few days away turn into a longer stay.

Thoughtful Touches for Families.
Traveling with little ones comes with plenty to carry. We help lighten the load with a Pamo Babe portable crib / Pack ’n Play, fitted sheets, and a high chair. Bring any additional childcare essentials that help your family feel at home, and please supervise children around the pool and spa.

Guest Access
Make yourself at home with private access to Reesor and its backyard, including the pool, spa, putting green, and outdoor gathering spaces.

Your arrival is designed to be easy. Enter through the private front entrance using your entry code, which we’ll share through your reservation messages. Your code activates at your scheduled check-in time, so you can arrive, settle in, and let your stay begin.

The driveway accommodates two vehicles, with additional street parking available in front of our property. Please keep neighboring driveways clear and help us maintain the welcoming feel of the neighborhood.

This home is professionally managed by OurStay Vacations, a boutique hospitality company dedicated to responsive communication, personal service, and meticulous cleanliness. From the care we put into preparing your home to the support we offer throughout your visit, every detail is guided by one goal: helping you feel beautifully taken care of.

Important Check-in/Check-out Note
We take approximately 5–6 hours between reservations to thoughtfully clean and prepare Reesor for your arrival. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Thank you for giving our team the time to make everything welcoming for your stay.

Pets
A getaway is even better with your furry companion along. We’re happy to welcome one pet per stay. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee.

Guests
Help us prepare for everyone joining you by including all overnight guests in your reservation. This keeps your guest count and pricing accurate. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. All guests must be registered, and the home accommodates up to nine guests in total.

Pool & Spa Heating
A warm soak in the spa is yours to enjoy, with complimentary spa heating throughout your stay. If you’d like the pool warmed as well, it can be heated to temperatures between 80°F and 92°F for an additional fee. Pricing may vary; please ask your host for pricing details before your stay. We’ll confirm the cost with you before arranging the service.

Additional Cleaning Services
Would you enjoy a refresh during your stay? Additional cleaning services are available for an added fee. Simply message our team for pricing and scheduling—we’ll be happy to help arrange the service.

For Families

Security Policy
For the safety of our guests and property, security cameras monitor the exterior of the home only. To help maintain a peaceful setting for everyone, parties, unauthorized events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. If these rules are violated or a safety concern arises, on-site security may be dispatched, and the reservation will be terminated, requiring all guests to vacate the property without refund.

Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access
To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for pool care, landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum.

Pool service is generally scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays, although service days may vary. Landscaping, periodic exterior pest control, and trash-to-curb service may also take place during your stay.

Discrepancies
Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly.

Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities, including the pool and spa, may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.

Heating and Cooling
Please make yourself comfortable by adjusting the thermostat during your stay. Our heating and cooling systems have preset operating limits to help protect the equipment and keep it running reliably.

Scottsdale Occupancy Disclosure
