Great hotel
Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff at the front desk, very concerned about providing a good service. The free shuttle to the airport works outstanding. The only thing that was out of order is that when we arrived at the hotel at 02:52pm (the check in process also took a few minutes, we were in the room only at 03:05pm) we were seriously charged $15 per person (supposed) early check in. This without any indication of this charge, the unjustified cost was not apparent until after the overnight stay on an emailed invoice when it was already too late. We did not receive an invoice when we paid. That's not ok. But the free kickback dinner in the evening was tremendous and three alcoholic drinks were included also. The pool is nice and even a small fitness room was available. Except for the matter of the bill and the unjustified costs, the service at the reception was particularly good. Due to our departure time, we would miss breakfast and the lady at the reception therefore very thoughtfully packed us a package with food. Such a service is awesome.

We arrived at the Phoenix Airport late and appreciated having a shuttle from the Drury to pick us up. The hotel was very nice and we were happy that we were able to get some food at the restaurant/bar downstairs. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the included breakfast in the morning without having to leave the hotel.

Staff was great and very accommodating. Hotel is very clean, bed was comfy. Sheets could be softer… They offer free cocktails and some food for free in the evenings. Shuttle service to and from the airport is great. I hadn’t stayed at a Drury Hotel before, but I will now.

My friend and I stayed in 2 separate rooms during our overnight visit. The phones in both rooms were NOT working. In my room the sink did not drain well and I was in a "deluxe" room that did not live up to the name. I was overlooking the pool area and there was a group of people talking and laughing loudly until late into the evening. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff at check in. They have a complimentary Happy Hour with food and drinks. A nice surprise after a long day and drive in from Sedona. Additionally, there’s a free airport shuttle every half hour.

All the staff was excellent except one at check-out. He didn't send up someone to help me with my bags at 5:55 AM (the hallways are carpeted which is great for keeping sound down but not transporting heavy bags on wheels). When I called the front desk, there was no answer. Thus I missed the shuttle but my bill was adjusted, and an Uber called for me so this solution was satisfactory.

The staff members, without exception, were friendly, accommodating, courteous and capable. The facilities and amenities were average to above but the staff turned pretty good into great! The location off the interstate and being close to the airport was a big plus, too. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Made everything a breeze. They had dinner at the hotel that was included in your stay, as well as breakfast and three free alcoholic drinks per person over 21 in your stay. Loved the atmosphere. Beautiful hotel.

One staff member at night around 9 pm was super inconvenient when waiting to check in. There were several of us waiting on a Friday night. Lots of construction to and from- the hotel, which was challenging using GPS. Breakfast was average and room toiletries were awful.
