Summary: This beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bath home is on a premium lot in the Foothills community of Ahwatukee in Phoenix. The home features a backyard oasis with stunning mountain views, a private swimming pool and spa (spa heating optional), BBQ grill, patio seating and a large covered patio, Pickleball court, and golf putting green. The home is located for easy access to the Loop 202 freeway via Desert Foothills Parkway and is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.
The Space: Welcome to our property! Please read our policies before booking. They answer most of the questions our guests have and provide important information regarding our properties. Please note that this homes furnishing may be slightly different than pictured, as furnishings are updated at the property.
This listing is for the entire home including the private backyard with swimming pool and spa (spa heating optional w/ additional fee), patio area, gas barbecue grill, fire pit, putting green, pickleball court, basketball goal. The home is 3,835 square feet, newly furnished with modern touches and plenty of space for you to enjoy. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 5 cars (2 garaged).

COMMON AREAS: Huge open kitchen w/ stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Separate formal dining room, separate living and family room spaces. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.
(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)
PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 5 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. **No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations**

POOL: POOL NOT GATED, HEATING OPTIONAL FOR SPA ONLY: The swimming pool is not heated and the spa is not normally heated and time to get up to temperature can vary with the weather as well as other guest stays (may take up to 6 hours). Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated spa option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee of $75/night plus tax and fees added on to your reservation cost. We want guests to understand this home`s pool/spa setup in order to better set expectations. We are unable to operate the waterfall/slide and spa/hot tub at the same time. For spa option guests please let us know the times of the day you would want the spa on (i.e. morning from 7-9am, evening from 7-10 pm) so that we can create a schedule for it to run during those times. It will not be heated 24/7 during your stay.
*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!
When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.
LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events
If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.
Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: *Spa heating OPTIONAL *Noise ordinance set in place 10pm-8am. Subject to additional fees if not followed* *Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard *Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws.
This property may require an Arizona lease to be signed for any stays of 30 days or more. Typically, the terms are no different from what you agree to on this site and this is more a requirement by the state of Arizona and/or this community. This home also has a utility cap that applies for stays of 30 days or more. The homeowner pays all home utilities up to a utility cap of $450, tenant pays any utilities over cap. This cap typically only applies in the summer months depending on tenant utility usage.
Guest Access: Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, Trash vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations. Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

Looks can be deceiving
Beautiful home but we rented the property because of all of the perks: pool with slide, hot tub, outdoor barbecue, fire pit, pickle ball/basketball court. Pool and hot tub was not serviced until 4 days into stay and landscapers came on the 5th day to clear out the overgrown trees over the pool and fire pit area. Blinds were removed on the windows in the kitchen so the sun was beating down on anyone sitting by the kitchen. A few of the foosball table poles were not oiled so they would stick during play. There were broken tiles in between the pool and the hot tub and tiles from the outdoor grill on the ground. Patio grill and kitchen stove were not cleaned. Beautiful home, but I am not sure if the owners realize it is not being maintained properly.

Great house, great location. So many activities to do at the house, wish they took care of activities a little better. I won't list everything because I'm sure it was prior guests that damaged most of it, but we booked the property for all of the extra and it seemed that all of them had some issue, the biggest being the tiles falling off on the water slide. We were unable to use it because it was too dangerous for little kids to slide down. Which was one of the main things the kids were excited for. Again, I'm sure it wasn't the owners, but it was a shame it felt like everything had some small issue. My family still had a great time, this is still a great house, with a great pool. I just wish all the extras that are shown were in better condition.

House was beautiful and as described. Worked great for family gathering. Great location and views.
The only issue was the pool, which was the main selling point when I booked, so was disappointed. It was dirty/cloudy upon arrival and had debris and tiles from slide on pool floor. We let the host know and was told they would contact the pool vendor, but no one ever came. Also, in order to turn the pool features on such as the waterslide and fountain, we had to contact the host and they did it virtually every day. This was a bit confusing as it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that that’s what had to be done.
In the future when guests are arriving, it would be nice for the pool to be serviced and everything turned on and circulating before they arrive. We skimmed it, swept all the tree debris away, got the tiles off the floor and cleaned out the filter basket before using it. There were also two dead birds on the pool patio when we arrived that we took care of.
Other than the pool issues, house was great, spacious and comfortable. We cooked, grilled and doordashed with no issues.

Four Days in Paradise
We came from Oregon to attend our nephew's wedding and visit other family in the area. The house provided a peaceful setting for us to enjoy family meals, playtime, and relax. The house had plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own activities. The kids enjoyed playing pool and foosball, playing in the pool and learning how to play pickleball. The kitchen provided plenty of space for meal prep and socializing. We had difficulty operating the dishwasher. We were never sure that we had actually started the cleaning cycle. The instructions seemed to be missing something.
The bedrooms were generously spacious. Each room had a king sized bed and direct access to a bathroom. The bathroom in the master suite was oversized with a walk in shower and a bath tub for soaking. The labels on the light switches was extremely helpful. Some of the switches used delay settings that, at first, seemed to operate differently from the label used. We figured them out and had no more difficulty.
We were provided a web link to instructions and rules for the house. That enabled each adult to review the guide and know more about the house. It saved on confusion when questions arose. A few maintenance problems were discovered during our rental and were quickly communicated to the hosts. None required resolution during our stay and hopefully were resolved before the next renters arrived.
All in all, this home was the centerpiece of our Arizona vacation. We will come back for more
