Your vacation begins the moment you step through the front door. The fully equipped kitchen features a six-burner range and stainless steel appliances, making meal prep a delight. Start the day with coffee in the eat-in nook overlooking the backyard, or take some time for yourself on the covered, fully furnished patio overlooking the sparkling heated pool.

The family room is made for relaxing, with a sectional sofa and a 65-inch LED TV for a Netflix binge or a game night with loved ones.

At day's end, retreat to one of four upstairs bedrooms or the downstairs bedroom, each with its own touches and comfort features. High-thread-count linens, smart TVs, bedside USB charging stations, and a ceiling fan make the primary bedroom especially restful, and the primary suite adds ample closet storage and an en suite bathroom with a glass shower and double sinks.

The second upstairs bathroom features a bathtub and shower combination, double sinks, and plenty of counter space, and the downstairs bathroom offers a convenient shower. In all, the home has four bathrooms.

Fry's Food and Drug and Safeway are each about a 2-minute drive, and Crossed Arrows Park is about a minute away. The Mesquite Course and Kierland Golf Club are about 4 and 5 minutes away, and Reach 11 Recreation Area is about an 11-minute drive. Perk Eatery is within walking distance, and North Italia, Mastro's Ocean Club, and The Greene House are nearby.

The pool is heated from October 15th through May 15th to approximately 85 degrees, included at no extra cost. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.
