This modern bungalow is recently remodeled throughout. Also supplied with new furniture and bedding. The space is cozy and perfect for couples, small families, or even two couples. Guests will have access to the entire property including a large backyard with a relaxing back porch and large space for your dogs. Parking is secure and can fit an RV or U-haul truck, or a truck and trailer within the gated area. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit with great nearby restaurants and only two blocks from the light rail!

We are the new owners as of September 2021. The previous owner was an Airbnb Superhost with dozens of 5 star reviews over more than 5 years. We have added to the space with new furniture, bedding, a new Keurig and blender, brand new floors, as well as other updates. The living room offers an additional sleeping with a new sleeper sofa with a comfortable memory foam mattress and topper.

The kitchen has full size stainless steel appliances. You will find everything you need to cook a gourmet meal in the kitchen. We have stocked the space with not just utensils, but cookware, dishes, and food storage containers. There is also a large multipurpose desk/countertop just off the kitchen. The desk is perfect for eating or using as a workspace as it also has two stools for seating. The outdoor patio off of the kitchen has its own door and has a table with a seating area and is set up perfectly for you to enjoy a meal or your morning coffee.

The built in cabinets in the living room are available for your use as well. There is plenty of room for you to hang up your clothes or store your belongings. The living room also has a new 55 inch Smart TV with all the channels on YouTube TV, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Video. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property for your gaming or work. Also, feel free to use the full size washer and dryer with provided laundry detergent if you would like to go home with clean clothes.

Guests have access to the whole property including the large grassy yard and patio area. Gated (off street) parking on the property is available as well. There is a very nice grassy fenced in area for your dogs. There is a smart lock on the front door as well as a lock box with storage and mail keys. This will be provided on day of check-in.

You will love this Westwood Community. We have gotten to know all the neighbors and these couple streets just off 21st Ave and Camelback and it's a great little community and very convenient for great restaurants and events happening around Phoenix and surrounding areas.
