This is an extra-clean, very comfortable room+bathroom. It is separated from the house with its own private entrance. You have a large, beautiful shower with great water pressure, desk, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker (no cooking stove), iron, ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and more.

Located in a low-traffic cul-de-sac, at the center of the metro-Phoenix region of the Sonoran Desert, and just one mile from the beautiful Tempe Campus of Arizona State University, my place is perfectly situated for resting deeply, and for exploring the many attractions of this region!
Parking is free in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Without a personal car, Lyft and Uber are the quickest ways to get around. You will also be a very short walk (3-8 minutes) from multiple stops for mass transit, including Light Rail, Valley Metro buses, and Tempe's free "Orbit" buses which circulate through Tempe.
