Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

You're just minutes from downtown Chandler’s vibrant dining scene, local breweries, and boutique shops. Nearby parks like Arrowhead Meadows and Desert Breeze offer green space and playgrounds, while Chandler Fashion Center provides excellent shopping. Easy access to Loop 202 and Loop 101 makes it simple to explore the rest of the Phoenix metro area or reach Sky Harbor Airport in about 25 minutes.



Getting Around:

Car Recommended – The neighborhood is best explored by car, with easy access to major roads like Loop 202 and Loop 101.



Free On-Site Parking – Complimentary garage, driveway, and street parking are available for guests.



Rideshare Friendly – Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and typically arrive within minutes.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that the thermostat is automatically set to a slightly higher range (approximately 74°–75°F) during peak energy hours (3 PM–6 PM, Monday through Friday). This is a standard efficiency measure, and we appreciate your understanding. The system will continue to cool and maintain a comfortable environment outside of those hours.



➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
