The space
Extensively remodeled with modern finishes and top of the line designer furniture. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the doors and are greeted by the open concept great room. Ideal for family or friend get togethers as there is 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Backyard paradise with multiple seating areas and an option for heated pool. Close to all that Scottsdale has to offer including golf, shopping, dining, nightlife, and hiking.

Guests have access to the entire home.

Other things to note

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.

No smoking in home at any time

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice for pool heating option for the pool to be heated.

Beautiful Home

My family and I stayed at this house while visiting my daughter. There is plenty of room for all of us and all of the beds were very comfortable. The pool was amazing and they even left us with supplies to have during our stay. The checkout process was wonderful. It’s the first home. I’ve stayed at where they didn’t have a list of things for you to complete before you left. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was beautiful and our family felt right at home right away. Kids were in the pool within 2 minutes of arrival and had a blast throughout the stay. Double shower was a real game changer. Great kitchen/living room setup. Garage parking was a plus. Immediate access to nice paved walking trail. Would love to stay here again.

Great location but… not a great house.

This is a great location for a stay while watching spring training, but the house is not as it appears in the online photos. Since those photos have been taken, the house has been used pretty hard and the wear and tear is quite evident. The house was not well cleaned upon our arrival, with dust and dirt in all the corners, very dust filled air vents that sprayed dust into every room when the hvac system finally began to work after requesting/waiting for a repair tech for almost a day, and bathroom rugs/floors were covered in white flakes and pink sparkles. The two bathrooms with shower curtains had moldy inner curtains so we only used one bathroom (master bathroom) because it had a glass door. We did not request to have the pool heated, but we were surprised to see that it was very dirty. We figured we would have a clean but cold pool to use. We did not get into the pool. The poolside chairs were too broken to sit in and the yard games were also broken. All in all, this is a safe, well located rental but at the price point, it lack of cleanliness, aged looks, wear and tear on the house, and dirty pool very much disappointed our family.

Great humble home

Clean rental with no drama. Close to everything. Garage parking is a game changer. Water flows great and all appliances actually work! Very communicative host who answered questions quickly and provided a very reasonable offer on a half day extension. We will be back here on future tennis trips!

Wonderful house!

We loved the house! The kitchen is huge; the photos don't do it justice. There were 9 adults, and we had plenty of room, dishes, glassware. I bought some large foil pans to bake food for a crowd. Pool temp (we had it heated) was fantastic although we did not use it as much as we thought we would. Beds were comfortable, and we liked all the supplies that were included such as Kleenex and face wipes. The paved trail is right out the door - a real plus. Good communication with the rental manager and the owner. Highly recommend.

House was well maintained. Kitchen was extremely nice with a lot of space. There were 10 guys on this trip and the space was comfortably enough. Master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. We travel through VRBO or the likes at least 10 times per year. This home was located in a great neighborhood, loved the size of home and roominess. Kitchen was not stocked as I would expect. We usually travel with 6+ in our group. Staying in a home allows us to more cost effectively travel by cooking our own meals. This kitchen. Was very sparse. Had plenty of cups and plates but sparse on everything else. The only bathroom connected to a bedroom was the master suite.
