POOL HEATING COST: The pool and hot tub can be heated if requested and paid in advance at the rate of $75/night for both. If you opt for both the Spa/Hot Tub runs on a schedule, 7AM-10AM and 7PM-10PM daily.
If you only want the Spa/Hot Tub heated it is $40/night and the Spa/Hot Tub schedule, 6AM-10AM is 6PM-10PM daily. Please let the host know at least 3 days prior to your arrival if you choose to have the pool and hot tub heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. NO DIVING is allowed in the pool and no glass is allowed in or around the pool. ***All children under the age of 16 need to be supervised in the backyard or water at all times, no matter what their swimming skills. All guests are acknowledging that they will not leave any children unattended in the backyard or on the property.***

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
