Immaculate landscaping surrounds the heated pool, providing pleasant views whether you’re lounging by the water, grilling dinner, or hanging out on the outdoor sofas. Come evening time, string lighting adds a little extra charm over the spacious yard, adding one more reason you’ll love spending your leisure time here.



Please note - should you wish to have the pool heated for your stay, a $75/night fee will apply, for the duration of your stay. Grand Welcome requires at least 72-hour notice PRIOR to arrival, should you wish to add this feature.



Inside, the oversized sectional couch can fit your whole group for a laid-back movie night on the large screen smart tv. The home’s open concept design flows seamlessly through the formal dining area and into the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and ample counter space including extra barstool seating.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms:



- Bedroom #1 has twin size trundle beds and a spacious desk for working from home.

- Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #3 has a king size bed and smart tv.

- Bedroom #4 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.



A washer and dryer are available for guest use and there is ample parking available in the driveway and on the street.

- The pool at this property is heated. Should you wish to have the pool heated for your stay, a $75/night fee will apply, for the duration of your stay. Grand Welcome requires at least 72-hour notice PRIOR to arrival, should you wish to add this feature.

- If you are bringing a pet, this MUST be disclosed prior to arrival. An additional pet fee of $150.00 will be applied after booking is complete. 1 pet with a maximum of 40 lbs. can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact us. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
