The dining area sits between the kitchen and backyard, with sliding glass doors providing easy access to the covered patio, pool and outdoor entertainment areas.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops, light-gray shaker cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances and breakfast-bar seating.

It's thoughtfully stocked for guests who actually want to cook, with quality cookware, bakeware, serving pieces, knives, utensils, dinnerware and pool-safe outdoor drinkware.

Coffee lovers will find a Keurig Duo coffee station for both traditional drip coffee and individual K-Cups, along with starter coffee supplies.

Main-level Queen bedroom, particularly convenient for guests who prefer to minimize stairs.

The Primary King Suite

Spacious upstairs King retreat with dedicated workspace and private ensuite bathroom.

The Saguaro King

Comfortable upstairs King bedroom with premium bedding and Smart TV.

The Sunset King

A third King retreat offering another private, comfortable space for couples or adult guests.

The home includes 2 full bathrooms plus a convenient main-level powder room, making it easy for larger groups to get ready for the day.

Bathrooms are supplied with fresh towels, hair dryers and starter toiletries.

A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.
