Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber super Lage
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Küchenzeile. Auf dem ersten Blick ein schönes Zimmer mit super Aussicht! Auf dem zweiten Blick könnte etwas gründlicher sauber gemacht werden. Im Bad waren überall noch Haare und auf der einen Bettdecken waren kleine Flecken. Außerdem sind die Möbel schon etwas „runtergerockt“. Service war freundlich und die Lobby war auch sehr einladend. Lage war kaum zu schlagen.

Valet parking is convenient but expensive, imo. Nice size suites and the staff was very accommodating to our family/friends that came to visit. Unfortunately the room smelled of weed and the bathroom was SUPER tiny, I probably won’t stay here again but it was only 1 night so we endured it.

Hotel was great. Parking was not the best. We were just dropping off bags/checking in and then leaving to take our rental minivan back to the airport. It was in parking for less than15mins and we were charge $7. There shouldn't be a charge to leave your car for a certain amount of time while checking in.

We were there this pass weekend. Upon arrival i was under the impression this was a Luxury hotel. As we entered, it was Trash on the floor, the lamp was broken , the tub was stained and the curtains was broken. I received a text, asking who was everything. Once i expressed the issues, all they did was apologize..The room was dated, not Luxury at all. Your also limited to the amenities. The lounge is only for people staying on the 24th floor. However your paying the same price,in some cases more! They put a 250.00 hold on your card, for damages, when they book the rooms already damaged. 50.00 to park. And that time is limited, as to when you can take you care out for that evening, without being charged. They staff was nice and very helpful. As we were checking out, I voiced my concerns to the attended at the front desk. Letting her know what we experienced. And how , whoever the person was texting me, did offer me access to the lounge for all the inconvenience. However it was pointless for me. Because I had zoom meeting set up, and i would have been happy with a clean room. The front desk...Apologized and said she would refund the parking fee. However the invoice i received, only displayed the 250.00 they hold. Which should take up to 7 businesses days. Not a good experience.

The service and all the people were wonderful! The only thing that was troubling was the fact that we could only take one shower for the days we were there. Our shower knob broke and we couldn’t turn it on and off! The other thing was that we were unaware that we would be sharing a room with someone else! I specifically didn’t want an adjoining room and it was like the people next door were on our room all night and all day! Hardly got any sleep because of them! We had to keep our curtains closed because the people in the next room kept going on the balcony to smoke and constantly kept looking into our room! It was kinda hard to be intimate with my own husband because they were either watching or standing right next to our adjoining room door! Please don’t do this to someone else! Some of the staff was very unfriendly, 2 women at the front desk particularly were rude. Valet were all very nice and helpful. The hotel failed to tell you the one restaurant Con Murphy is only open for breakfast on certain days. Also we went around 5 for dinner, it was crowded at all, we were the only ones seated outside, and it was over 20 minutes we were waiting for the wait staff to take our order when we finally decided to get up and leave and go to another restaurant. The room was nice. But you also cannot adjust the temp, it’s either hot or cold. Not a certain degree. So that wasn’t good.

The room we got was dirty, it did not seem like staff had actually cleaned the bathrooms, they were full of stains all over. Felt disgusting being there. The room was alright but considering the price I paid for each night I would’ve expected a higher level quality of sheets, room amenities and overall accommodation. The staff was somewhat rude, the girls were nice but the one male manager was sassy and seemed annoyed every time I asked a question. I overall did not enjoy my stay I would not recommend this hotel
