Private and modern, this home is a short driving distance from Akaka Falls, the charming town of Honomu, Honolii Beach Park, and the Hawaii Tropical bioreserve and gardens. This ranch house is outfitted with a full kitchen, high speed internet, a wrap-around porch, and plenty of organic fruit trees.
The space
The house is quiet, serene, and tastefully-decorated with touches of Hawaiian art, flora, and wicker furniture. The former owner was an avid cook, and the kitchen is fully stocked with most appliances and cookware, so it's an excellent home for family dinners and group meals. The best part of the house, however, are the plentiful fruit trees and ocean views. it's a magical place to spend reflecting and recharging, or catching up with friends.
Guest access
The house is remote and private - it sits on five acres - so you do need a car to access the location. The parking is free, with two covered spots in a carpark and one additional driveway spot.
