Condo was almost entirely remodeled and updated. We kept the best of the previous beach décor and updated with granite, new furniture, paint and upscale lighting. The kitchen appliances were upgraded April 2019 to a smooth top stove and French door refrigerator with ice and water access in door. Also new patio furniture and larger smart TVs in living room and master. Our building exterior was completely refurbished in 2017 and is like new in appearance.
Come enjoy this wonderful two-bed/two-bath condominium located on Okaloosa Island in Ft. Walton Beach Florida. You will feel like you are in your own beach cottage in this colorful first floor condominium. No stairs or elevators to worry with and the beach literally at your back-door. This condominium is spacious and well-appointed.

The wonderful gulf views can be enjoyed from the kitchen, dining, living, master bedroom and patio. The patio is accessible from the living room or master bedroom and has privacy as pedestrian traffic does not walk directly behind condominium. Emerald Towers West is a small quaint Gulf front complex featuring a heated pool with sunning area, and two BBQ areas. The low density of units in this building ensures ample beach space for all guests. If you desire a large complex with hundreds of people competing for pool and beach space, this is not for you.

Do not be fooled by this first floor location. The unit and building are actually elevated one level above the beach to provide a great view without stairs or elevators.

The fenced pool and barbecue area are opposite side from the beach for greater privacy. No gawkers as you enjoy your privacy.
Please note if you are booking directly through VRBO you should read the short term rental agreement so you will know the condo rules and policies. However, you don’t need to fill out and mail that form. VRBO has their own agreement. Also be aware that if you read the old agreement the owners contact mailing address
