Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Disappointed vacation

The condo is in an alley off the main road which had nice condos. We knew we were in trouble when we drove up. The tiny swimming pool is about the size of a small bedroom and located between 2 buildings. The sheets on the bed did not even hang off either side of the bed. They only came to the edge of the mattress and they felt and sounded like paper. The toilet in the master bathroom was so close to the toilet tissue holder your body actually touched the toilet tissue. We had to take the tissue off and put it on the vanity to be able to use it. The water from the shower head was so hard it felt like it would peel your skin off and you could not adjust it. There must have been another shower head before this one because the hole in the wall so so big and you could see between the wall. The only positive thing was the rooms were very clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Reservation and check-in process were smooth and professional. Check-in was very simple. Condo was very clean and in excellent condition. Very well-stocked kitchen with everything you would need. Smaller and very quiet property. We loved it and plan to return.

Kitchen was awesome had everything we needed. Only problem was the WiFi too slow couldn’t stream movies or football games. Hopefully can stay there again.

Overall good stay

The property is in a convenient location. Wonderful clean beach. The kitchen has new appliances. The carpeting in the bedrooms is in serious need of replacement. Look closely at the photos especially by the night stand and you will see what I mean. There were some cleanliness issues that have been brought to the property managers attention. If these issues are addressed and corrected the property would be a 4 to 5 star review. The app Brooks and Shorey uses is a very nice feature and full of useful information. The check in process was extremely easy.

LOVED this rental. Perfect for our family.

Great property. Great views. Wish we could have rented extra umbrella and chairs and the beach attendant could have been nicer. Perfect area and condo for our family. Will recommend and will be back!!
