We spent the week in 505 and really enjoyed it. It was well stocked, had comfy beds and an amazing view! The parking was also great and easy access to the beach and pool.

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!

Summerlin is a 30 unit condominium.... quieter

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the smaller condominium. Condo was clean. Kitchen well stocked to cook a meal. Nice large capacity washer and dryer. Only complain was two days our boardwalk was closed for repairs. We had to walk down the road to a public access. Then you had to walk back down the beach to Summerlins chairs. Why weren't these repairs done before vacation season.
