Dieses geräumige, private 3-stöckige Haus mit 5 Schlafzimmern und 4, 5 Bädern befindet sich auf der Soundseite des Navarre Beach. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten, weißen Sandstrand und eine Anlegestelle. Die Küche ist geräumig, offen zum Ess- und Familienzimmer und bietet Blick auf den Klang. Der Master bietet ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Whirlpool-Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und einen eigenen Balkon. Zweites und drittes Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind geräumig, 1 hat ein Kingsize-Bett, 1 hat eine Königin und ein Gemeinschaftsbad. 3. Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zu einem eigenen Balkon mit Blick auf die Vorderseite. Das untere Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett, 2 Etagenbetten, ein Vollbad und einen Zugang zum Rücken. Das zweite untere Schlafzimmer ist geräumig und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein separates Bad und einen Zugang zur Rückseite. Das Wasser in Ufernähe ist flach und ruhig, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen. Der Golf von Mexiko liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Hauptdeck ist mit einem Grill für die Unterhaltung ausgestattet. Leere Grundstücke auf beiden Seiten des Hauses. Es gibt einen Billardtisch, 2 große Kühl- / Gefrierschränke, eine Wet-Bar und einen großen, offenen Familienbereich, der von übergroßen Fenstern umgeben ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der TV-Service Direct TV und der Internet-Service ATT mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit von 25 Mbit / s ist.

The home was exceptionally clean and vacation friendly. We were a little nervous picking this property over a traditional beach front property but very thankful we gave it a shot. As beach lovers, we were suprised that we never even went to the beach, this property has its own private little beach that we enjoyed all to ourselves! This property offers everything you need for a great trip!

This house was perfect for my family. The house layout was ideal … plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 children. The view was spectacular… the small beach on the sound was great for small children and relaxing for adults. The beachwas a few blocks away!!

An absolutely perfect 2022 vacation

This was the annual Riggio vacation with the family. Location was great, proximity to the water was perfect, clean and nicely furnished home. Family Easter visit

The home was beautiful and very well stocked. It was a perfect location to visit our navy officer son with our other adult children and our elderly parents. The yard was beautiful and a nice walk with lots of outside chairs for them to sit and relax, yet the beach was a short walk for us and the young adults. There were a lot of stairs though (no bedrooms on the main floor) but the older folks planned accordingly. We will be back!

Family Beach Vacation 2021

We planned this vacation for us and our 3 sons and their families. There were 8 adults and two children, 4 and 23 months. We loved the house! It suited our needs perfectly. It was a beautiful home that stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect. The only problem we had was the house next door. On the first night of arrival, there was a young group who were having a 21st birthday party with a DJ. This night was difficult to go to sleep until about 2am. The next day and several days were good. Until the following Thursday all was calm and went well. Then Thursday guests gathered again for their upcoming wedding, so their was several partiers in the group again. Just not as bad as the previous weekend. This is a beautiful location m, other than the neighbor’s house is to much racket and disturbs the neighborhood. The first group came over to introduce themselves and ask we not call in to police. I regretted the next day I didn’t call in for disturbing the neighbor because something needs to be done for the noise. Otherwise, it was great!

Perfect location and beautiful home!

You could not ask for a better location! The sound is directly in the "back yard", which gives you your own private beach and dock and then the ocean front is just a very short walk across the street. We loved fishing from the dock and relaxing and playing in the sand just steps from the house. The house is beautiful and was great for 3 couples and 2 kids. We had ample room. The kitchen is a great size with large walk-in pantry and a huge plus is the additional fridge and wine fridge. Property owners were easily available and quick to answer any questions. We loved our stay and will definitely return to to this house again!

Our Summer Vacation

The house was perfect! A lot of room, plenty enough beds to accommodate everyone. The dock was the best part. we were able to Dock both of our boats the entire week. only a 40 minute ride to Crab island and easy access to the local bar at the foot of the bridge. A couple of days we went to the beach just a 5 min walk and you are on white sand and emerald water. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Tree Paradise! We had 8 adults, 5 kids and 2 infants and were very comfortable in this house! The large lot made this property feel more private and the views of the sound side were beautiful at sunset. The private dock was a big hit with everyone and the fishing traps available at the dock were a plus! I would stay here again.

Family vacation to Navarre

Pros - Location on the Bay side shielded us from the winds off the Gulf... important given the storms that blew through. Neighborhood setting away from most traffic and tourists. 2 refrigerators and an ice maker are nice features to have for a large group. Plenty of dishes and kitchen items. Washer & Dryer worked well. Only 1 pool cue worth using. Cons - This is my opinion only, so others may not agree. Evident upon arrival, there are many areas of rotten wood throughout the house's exterior with decking boards needing to be replaced. Entering the house, we could smell a musty, mildew smell coming up from the bottom level. Having just been cleaned, this caught us completely off guard. The house's fixtures and furniture are really dated and in need of replacement, expecially given the rental price. Some of the exterior furniture really should be replaced too. No matter how hard we tried, we could not keep from tracking in sand. The house has 2 vacuum cleaners, but neither work well enough to collect the sand. I know we swept the house a dozen times over the week we were there. The house next door rents out for weddings and parties. We were initially excited to know a wedding would take place next door to us and actually congratulated the bride and groom. However, the after-party was something right out of Animal House. Drunk people yelling and cursing acting like a frat party is not something I wanted my grandkids to be exposed to. We had to take the kids inside much earlier than planned due to the vulgarity. It actually got worse when one of the partiers took off all their clothes and danced around naked... I nearly threw up!! Extremely upset that the quoted price on line was not honored by the owner, causing us to pay much more than expected. Because this was a 1-time vacation for all kids and grandkids to join us, we were limited and had no choice but accept the higher price. All in all, it was not worth the money we spent, and we will not return. I have stayed in much nice places for a lot less money, so this isn't just a radomn statement but a sincere comparison.

Fabulous beach house!

We had a great time! Plenty of space for all of us! The kitchen has every cooking utensil you could imagine. I would suggest that a starter of dishwasher soap and laundry soap would be great!

The location on the sound was wonderful. Outdoor areas were very nice. Lots of space to sit on balconies or downstairs patio. Enjoyed the dock and the small private beach area. Short walk to the beautiful gulf beach about one block away.
