„We stayed at this house last year for our annual girls' trip and loved it so much, we decided to stay here again! We love the location and neighborhood. They have upgraded the lower-level bonus room with AC and heating which was fabulous! You can easily get to several restaurants and shopping places without going out to main highway - about 1 minute drive from house! Everything was ready for us upon arrival - super clean. Love that they soap and shampoo in showers. They provide 4 beach chairs ...

„The house is advertised as the best handicapped house in the OBX. We concur this is absolutely correct. The ramp up to the main living floor was very convenient for unloading your vehicle. Everything on the main living floor was accessible including the dock. The location is next to Hatteras Watersports where jet skis and kayaks were available for rent - very convenient! The owners were very responsive to any needs/concerns. For sure, the house rates a 5 star! We look forward to going back!“

„The stay was nice. The windows were very dirty. I had to clean the downstairs windows in order to see out. Dust build up on window blinds and window sills. Dust build up on baseboards. Refrigerator is very dirty. Place definitely needs a good deep cleaning. Ice maker did not work.“

„The place is just as advertised, clean and well-maintained. I got there at dark in the rain, so it was a bit hard to find amongst the other modulars in the cul-de-sac, but the host provided detailed directions which made the search much easier lol. Jonathan is responsive and provides all the last minute things you might forget for your stay, such as sunblock, water bottles, and even dog dishes for your furry co-pilot, so you can focus on hitting the beach once you get there :)“

„We came to stay for April vacation! It was my 8 year old son, myself and my boyfriend. The property was beautiful! We grilled on the porch and walked to the beach everyday! We loved the mini golf near by and the beach the best. I highly recommend staying at the property and we would love to come back!“

„Overall the house was clean & nice. Like other reviews had said there isn’t an indoor entrance to the basement and the code to the lower level is different than the upper level. It would be helpful if both codes were included for check in.“

„Cute comfy home feel. Fun beach decorations throughout. If you're stuck inside because of the rain like we were you will have plenty to keep you occupied with the absolutely comprehensive collection of books, DVDs and streaming availability. Although there is a wonderfully stocked kitchen there was no tea/coffee! Kind of puzzling because there's a kettle and coffee maker. Would love to stay again and hopefully it won't rain!“

„We traveled to Nags Head for a family vacation, Sugaree was a great choice for us to stay. We had 5 people andl there was more than enough for everyone. The house was clean, location to the beach was amazing, hot tub was easy to use and very relaxing. Restaurants and shopping was nearby and convenient. We drove to Corolla to see the wild horses and the City of Duck for doughnuts was great! We would definitely stay here again“
