„We are not resort types but this one is the best of both worlds. You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English. “

„We spent 5 wonderful nights at the Azul Ixtapa, the pool area for kids is ine of the nicest we've had. One of the strongest points of this resort is the super friendly and helpful staff. If you travel with kids, and can, book a Junior Suite. You'll have lots of space, and a beautiful view. They just provide water in the room, it would be really nice if they could put some drinks in the fridge.“

"Schlechter Service. Schlechte Essensqualität und Auswahl. Begrenzte Restaurant Auswahl und Öffnungszeiten, abends Männer nur in langer Hose und Frauen im schwarzen Kleid?!?? Weil elegant eingestuft?? Essen und Trinken am Strand und Essen am Pool nicht erlaubt. Room Service mit Gegenzahlung für das Essen nicht nur der Service. "
