„Problems at checkin because their system didn’t reflect the reservation. Expedia stepped in and the issue was solved. The hotel condition is excellent, the only downside is the noise from the highway, the window isolation is not the best“

„Its a simple but great hotel . You get a simple room but clean and service is great“

„I like everything above. I shall be back soon“

„Clean, cozy cabins with stunning mountain views—quiet, private, and perfect for a quick escape from Bogotá. Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat. Great value and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back.“

„Excellent place to stay when visiting this part of Bogota. Super comfortable beds. Beautiful bathroom and location. The sauna was not working.“

„Never return money, bad customer service“

„This seems to be a newly built or renovated hotel from top to bottom. The room and bathroom was small but clean and the bed was comfortable. There is no air conditioning in the room but due to the Bogota weather, the room was not overly warm. The hotel is within walking distance to a bakery, supermarket, pizza place and other eateries. The hotel parking garage is extremely small and fits 5 to 6 vehicles but unless you are the last one to arrive, you must wait for the other vehicles to be moved ...
