Cependant, nous sommes surpris que l'accueil, fait par notre réceptionniste de nuit, n'ai pas comblé vos attentes. Concernant le froid ressenti dans la salle de bain, la porte de celle-ci devait être fermée avant votre arrivée, la chaleur n'a donc pas dû se répandre correctement.
