The Space:
Superb, quiet and highly functional studio apartment, the perfect pied-à-terre for a successful Parisian vacation just few mintutes away from the Eiffel Tower.
Spacious, functional and completely refurbished apartment! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.
The apartment features a convertible sofa bed for 2 people with new, extremely comfortable bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a lounge area with TV and WIFI access.
On entering the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, hob, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- a sitting area with TV,
- a convertible sofa bed for 2 (140 by 200),

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10 pm to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 am.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card ONLY via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided there are no damages.
Additional Charges:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor post-stay: €450.
Extra key service is exclusively for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? Fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key and where it's left.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Keep keys secure; avoid leaving them on the door or inside.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet; loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Be mindful of any ongoing construction in the building; we cannot assume responsibility for it.
Internet Access:
Use the internet responsibly; unauthorized activities are not permitted, and we're not liable for connection malfunctions.
We want to note that the minimum reservation age is 21 years. Those under 21 must be accompanied by an adult of the required age, or they won't be allowed to stay, with no refund.
