A casually elegant, luxurious villa filled with magnificent, Mediterranean vibes, Water Cottage & Carriage House is quite possibly the perfect spot for your family’s next coastal getaway. Boasting beautiful design touches like arched doorways, exposed wood beams, and classic cobblestone walkways, this sprawling estate also features a private pool with a waterfall, an efficient elevator, and soaring views of the nearby Gulf of Mexico from the top floor terrace.

The main level of the cottage is wide open and welcoming and features a LIVING AREA with two overstuffed sofas surrounding a chunky wood coffee table. This space also includes a large HDTV and a grand fireplace (not for guest use). Next to the living area is a formal DINING TABLE with seating for eight.

In the nearby open KITCHEN, a spacious stone island has more seating for five and a stainless steel farmhouse sink. This chef-inspired space also features a restaurant-quality gas range, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, and a gigantic refrigerator. Next to the kitchen is the LAUNDRY ROOM, with a marvelous, high-efficiency, top-of-the-line LG washer and dryer.

Outside through the French doors, you’ll find your own private COURTYARD, complete with an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool with a relaxing water fountain feature, and a quaint outdoor living area. This leads to the CARRIAGE HOUSE, which features a LOFT BEDROOM with a king-size bed, a full BATHROOM, a LIVING AREA, and a KITCHENETTE— perfect for in-laws, older children, or anyone in your group that’s looking for a smidge more privacy.

Back in the cottage, the second level features an inviting MEDIA ROOM with a large HDTV, a magnificent WRAP-AROUND PORCH with wonderful views, and four fantastic bedrooms. The FIRST AND SECOND GUEST BEDROOMS are peaceful, private suites, both with one queen-size bed and one twin-over-twin-size bunk bed and FULL, ENSUITE BATHROOMS. This level also includes another BUNK ROOM with a twin-over-twin-size bunk.

The second floor also features a pristine PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE with a sumptuous king-size bed, and an ATTACHED SPA BATHROOM with a double vanity and a step-in shower. On the third floor, there is another GUEST BEDROOM that features a king-size bed, and an attached bathroom that features a step-in shower and an impressive, free-standing soaking tub.
