“Seas The Moments" (formerly known as Three Little Birds) has it all for your family vacation with immediate proximity to the gulf and a community pool (heated in off season) across the street. Lakeside Pool, adjoining Lake Carillon, is the quietest and least used of the three community pools. Open concept main floor features oversized living, dining, and kitchen space with wide-plank hardwood floors. The screened porch opens to an outdoor entertainment area with a wood-burning fireplace, grill and wicker seating. Guests can relax in a courtyard by the fireplace or toast the setting sun from the 3rd floor tower.

A second primary ensuite bedroom, guest bedroom, and a two twin bedroom are on the second floor. The dreamy primary bedroom has a king bed positioned against a reclaimed wood backdrop opening onto an expansive balcony with lake and dune views. A guest bedrooms with a queen bed and two twin beds share a bathroom with a shower.

From this home you will have immediate access not only to community pools and amenities, but also to grocery, drug store, ATM, donut shops, specialty shopping, and restaurants, all within a less than 5 minute drive.

Across the courtyard is a 2-BR, 2.5-bath guest cottage. On the first floor are 2 guest BRs, each with a queen bed and a private bathroom with large, glass-enclosed showers. (OPPORTUNITIES FOR RENTAL OF GUEST COTTAGE ALONE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST).

Walk-Over #7 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas set up for you daily (March 1 - Oct 31). Beach towels are provided for our guests.

Seas the Moments is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.

PARKING POLICY: 5 vehicles maximum. One Vehicle or Golf Cart may be in the gravel area in front of the home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway.

GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle gate entrance fee to enter Carillon Beach.

This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30.
