Spread across four levels, this inviting home offers the perfect setting for a memorable beach getaway, complete with a private pool, six complimentary adult bikes, an outdoor shower, and partial Gulf views from the fourth-floor balcony. The second-floor living area is designed for gathering, featuring an open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, generous dining space, and a comfortable living room. Whether you're preparing a family meal, enjoying a movie night, or relaxing after a day at the beach, there's plenty of room to spend time together. With five bedrooms thoughtfully spread throughout the home, everyone can find their own space to recharge. The third-floor master suite offers a private balcony for a quiet escape.

No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, including patios, balconies, decks, and all outdoor areas.

*Parking: Use designated parking spaces only. Street parking, golf carts, and low-speed vehicles (LSVs) are not permitted.

*Quiet Hours: 10 PM–6 AM. Please respect community quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum.

*Beach Access: Access the beach through the gated boardwalk at the end of the east side of the street. Beach and boardwalk access codes do not work at the neighboring Elysee or Santimo beach accesses. Beach Rules: The deeded private beach requires chairs and umbrellas to be rented through the designated vendor. Personal umbrellas, tents, and amplified music are not permitted.

Area Attractions:

Serving as the gateway to 30A, 30Avenue is located at the intersection of Highway 98 and east entry of famed Scenic Highway 30A. It is a lifestyle center offering exceptional restaurants, boutique shopping, health and beauty services all within easy walking distance of Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys beaches.

“The Big Chill” is an incredible spot for dining and entertainment nearby.  The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. A stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
